After reading Robin Brown's blog about Doctor Who's visit to Liverpool in 1996, it appears the televisual time traveller is back...
...although what he's doing outside of a place selling garden sheds I don't know. Perhaps he's after a nice shed to replace the trademark police box - call it a Granddad-like affectation to off-set the fact that his latest incarnation, at 26, is the youngest yet.
I'm also trying to work out what the sign in the left of the picture says. 'Fucking Cysts' is my guess.
