We were given a dream brief to develop an identity across a series of singles that had to be influenced by the film Tron and also by mathematics and scientific grids. We developed a slightly complex grid and mathematical formula – where the data of a single name, format and release date essentially dictated how the cover would come out. We would input the data then simply follow what the results told us to.
Alas, the band never survived the first single and so the proposed campaign of eventual interactive code-breaking failed to reach the public domain.
